Sites are the physical locations where your fleet lives. Setting them up properly allows UFOFLEET to show drivers accurate availability, manage parking capacity, and schedule inspections correctly.
Accessing Sites
Open the main menu, navigate to Fleet, and select Sites. Click any Site reference to open its detail page.
The four site sections
Calendar
A site-specific view of all activity — bookings, operations, maintenance. Filter by vehicle model or individual vehicle, and switch between day, week, month, or year. Useful for spotting availability gaps and planning around busy periods.
Parkings
A live count of vehicles at the site is broken into three buckets: available, in use, and out of service. Your at-a-glance capacity view.
Config
Controls how the site behaves. You can set:
- Site name, address, and time zone (must match the site’s physical location)
- Whether the site is visible to drivers
- Whether it’s open or closed for new bookings
- Booking opening hours and a booking reference prefix
- An optional overlay message is shown to drivers
- A site image
Inspections
All vehicle inspections linked to that site, so you can track condition and compliance at the location level.
