Reporting a Bug

If something on the platform isn’t behaving as expected, here’s how to report it so the team can investigate efficiently.

What to gather first

  • A clear description of what happened and what you expected to happen
  • Screenshots or photos if available
  • The date and time the issue occurred

If the issue is linked to a rental, also note the rental agreement number and driver details. If it’s linked to a vehicle or operation, note the licence plate and operation reference.

How to submit

Send an email from your professional email address to support@ufofleet.com with all of the above included. Attach any screenshots or photos that help illustrate the problem.
