Getting Started with UFOFLEET LITE

UFOFLEET LITE is an easy-to-use, AI-managed solution that automates vehicle, driver, and scheduling processes.  Reducing the cost and time spent running your business.

How UFOFLEET LITE is organised

Sites are your physical locations — a depot, a car park, an airport pickup zone. Each site has its own vehicles, availability calendar, and configuration.

Fleet is your pool of vehicles. Each vehicle lives at a site, has a status, and a full activity history.

Drivers are the people who make bookings. Before a driver can rent a vehicle, their account needs to be validated — phone number confirmed, email verified, and driving licence reviewed.

Bookings connect a driver to a vehicle for a defined time window. You can create them manually on behalf of a driver, or drivers can book through the app.

Alerts flag anything that needs your attention — an unassigned vehicle, a booking starting soon with no driver confirmed, or a driver requesting account deletion.

â„šī¸ Once you understand these five elements, everything else in UFOFLEET LITE is an extension of them.

Recommended setup order

  1. Set up your Company Profile — Add your company info, invite your team, and configure your subscription and billing.
  2. Create your first Site — Define the location where your fleet will live. Set its address, time zone, and opening hours.
  3. Add your vehicles — Use the AI (VIN lookup) method to add them quickly, or enter details manually.
  4. Add your first driver — Create their profile, validate their licence, and confirm their account is Active.
  5. Create your first booking — Connect a driver to a vehicle for a time window and confirm everything is working end to end.
