How to Modify a Booking
Overview Use this guide to update the start or end time of an existing booking.
1. Access the Booking
- Open the top-left menu (three horizontal bars)
Go to Drivers → Bookings

- Search by booking reference, customer name, phone number, or email

- Click the booking reference to open it

2. Edit the Schedule
- On the booking page, click the calendar icon (Schedule) in the top right

- Click “Edit Schedule”

- Update the start date/time and/or end date/time as needed

- Click Save

3. Business Rules
| Field | Allowed When |
|---|---|
| Start date/time | Booking status = Confirmed (not yet started) |
| End date/time | Booking status = Confirmed or Ongoing |
| Either field | Not allowed if booking status = Closed |
4. What to Expect
- Changes apply immediately
- The driver sees the updated booking in the UFOfleet Lite app
5. Troubleshooting
Booking not found – Check the search criteria and retry with a different identifier.
Modification not allowed – Check the booking status. Inform the customer:
- Start time can only be changed before the rental begins
- End time can only be changed while the rental is ongoing
- No changes are possible once a booking is closed
